Refund Policy

A 50% deposit will be required in order to book certain sessions.  To find out if your desired package will require a  deposit, please visit the "Investment" tab, and click on the package of your interest.  All deposits will be applied to the package you select, and the balance will be due at the time of your photo session.  All deposits made to Shannon Deans Photography are non-refundable, but are transferrable.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you need to change your appointment date, please give at least 24 hours notice.  If you book a session, and reschedule 3 times without 24 hours notice, you will not be allowed to book another session. 

If you have paid for your session in full, prior to your session date, and need to reschedule, please notify Shannon Deans Photography within 48 hours of your photo session. If you decide to cancel your session, for any reason, a 50% refund will be issued within 14 business days.  No refunds will be issued for post photo session, no exceptions.
